While working in an engineering capacity, he conducted over a thousand structural inspections across residential and commercial properties, gaining invaluable experience in soil bearing analysis, footing evaluations, foundation assessments, and whole-house structural inspections. Patrick also specialized in forensic engineering, diagnosing and developing engineered solutions for homeowners facing structural challenges.

Patrick’s passion for building science fuels his commitment to excellence in home inspections. He approaches each assessment with a dedication to thoroughness and accuracy, ensuring that every aspect of a property is carefully evaluated.
